Remote Connect failure

Hi,
I need help with one of my meteobridge pro.
It is not sending data snd I cannot connect remotely to it.
After many trials I found out that after switching off and on power supply, during the boot phase I can connect with it and enter the openwrt area....
I did something (not sure what), but it sterted working again and connecting remotely.
Everything was normal, apart from the uptime area: on yop of the uptime there was a new text saying “boot from usb....”
After the following reboot, I could not connect to it anymore.
Can anybody please help me to understand what is going in and how can I solve the issue?

second meteobridge pro started having the same issue: can connect to it remotely only during the boot phase.
Later on it foes not complete the booting procedure and stops giving possibility to connect to it.
Can anybody help?

You can neither connect to it from your LAN nor by using the remote connect link?
Does the display say anything special?
Is the second LED from the top constantly on?

The 2 meteobridge are far away from my home.
I can access remotely to the LAN where they are connected.
I can even connect to them in the first minutes after a reboot, but few minutes later they do not finalize the boot procedure so they become inaccessible.
They have been working 2 years without any problem and suddenly they went offline same week!!!
