wrong rain0total numbers

Post by WETRHE »

Stundendaten at 31.10.2021 - 23:00 Uhr says 0.0mm rain, Minutendaten says also 0.0mm rain but the diagramm (of Stundendaten) and also the sum in Min/Max data says, that there has been 120mm rain at 23:00 Uhr. Pls have a look at both screenshots to understand what is wrong (otherwise hard to explain). How can that be corrected in the database? I tried to correct the numbers but it is not working, even after reboot or reorganisation of database.

I have now deleted ALL rain0total data from 2021-10-31 and reentered the correct numbers by hand.
BUT, after a reorganisation of the db and a reboot, MB again shows crazy data of 120 Liters at 23.00:

Per-Minute data is NOT aggregated into per hour/day/moth/year data, it is just used for high-res graphing and data export.

When you change hour data, changes should be propagated automatically into the day/month/year resolutions as well. You can also issue a rebuild with the "recconstruct" button on "History - Edit hour data" tab.

Related to this, Using meteobridge Pro RED I want to display the total rain for this year. So in my template I use "rain0total-yearsum" , sofar so good and it will come up with a result 955 mm , which is way to much, since all my other sources and collections of data say the yearsum is in the 500's. So I created a chart in the METEOBRIDGE PRO red and it came up with the attached, also in the 500's (which is correct) so what is wrong with the tag rain0total-yearsum? I checked all history data for anomalies but didn't find the difference. And yes the cup size of the rainmeter etc. is correct and setup in the different systems (envoy, display, collection software (VWS, WDisplay, Weatherlink) Or do I miss something? Thanks

Missing something somewhere? Don't see any issues with that tag in a Pro Red (5,2 Oct 10 2021, build 14619) in regard yearly rain fall total. All good on mine.

It's not a conversion difference
Your annual rain start at January (I assume) Administration>Localization page
Station>Settings for rain0total appear ok?

Thanks for the reply. No conversion, annual rain starts January and no correction factor in station settings!. if the rain0total-yearsum tag is correct why is there the difference with the chart?
