Weather34 - Restore only historical data?

I deployed a new web server and decided to install the Weather34 template completely clean, without restoring a backup. The process was simple, since my console settings and layout are very straightforward. However, I would like to bring over all of my historical data. Is this possible by moving just a few files over from my old server? I realize I can accomplish this by restoring a backup, but again my goal is a shiny new installation with only historical data.

Good afternoon

do this, use your preferred FTP program or Site File manager.

1. In your back up version on your computer ? (I hope you backed up if not your basically screwed) .
Find and open weather34charts folder
inside this folder is a file called 2021.csv , upload this to your new install into the weather34charts folder . (**important check file permissions)

2. inside your backed up folder again go into weather34charts folder and then into 2021 folder you will see November.csv, December.csv etc . upload those month files into your new install weather34charts/2021/ folder . (**again important check file permissions) .


all year folders are simply called 2020,2021,2022 etc these folders contain your current day data and current month data and previous months, days .

hope that helps its quite simple really as the files are appropriately named and simple relevant names.
