What are the available values for trend data?

Post by MeteoSevilla »

Hi,

I would like to use trend values in my web page. Example: [last15m_thb0_press_trend], to show if pressure trend is coming up, down or steady, and also what's the speed change. However, I don't know what values it resports.

Looking at the ouput data file, I have seen three posibilities: 1, 0, -1. Some other posibilitie?

Thanks in advance,

That's all of the choices for trend. -1 means 'falling', 0 means 'steady', and 1 means 'rising' over the specified time period.

You will need to use a bit of php or javascript to convert the numbers into text for your page.

Anyway we might see more detail in the future? My vantage pro2 used to let me know 5 variables:

Rising Rapidly
Rising Slowly
Steady
Falling Slowly
Falling Rapidly
