Dear all,
I used Meteobridge Nano SD since almost 10 months.
I'm looking today to :
- export monthly data to my Mac : today I couldn't find the way to access from my Mac to the SD Card through the local Wifi network.
- send this data also automatically by mail every month : I don't know if this is possible, and if it is, how to set the service settings for mail.
Thanks by advance for your support and help, and have a great 2022 year !

Re: Mac access to SD content
Meanwhile I've found how to access to SD card from Mac : just in finder go to connect to server and introduce smb:// followed by local adress of Meteobridge.
I still look to send automatically by mail export file generated by Meteobridge. Is this possible ?
Thanks by advance,
AT

Re: Mac access to SD content
Yes.
First make sure your Email Service Settings test Email is working. Now these settings will depend on your email/ISP provider so no one configuration suits all. What you can try is
Authentication: none
SMTP Host: Here you need the SMTP Host for your email address, ISP/provider specific
User: Come up with some sort of user name name here
To-Addr: email address being sent to
Port: 25 (normally but can/will be ISP/email system specific)
Password: for this config leave blank
From-Addr: Some identifying sender email, I use something like noreply-MBProxx@anyemail.com.xx etc
Click [Test Email] and if all is well you should see a response above the Events/Service settings tabs like "Test email has been sent without any reported errors" If all is well there should be a Green tick beside Authentication: on the Service Settings page and you should check your email. Email will be from the From-Addr you used, Subject will be Meteobridge, body of email will be no further content...
When you get that working, we will move forward.

Re: Mac access to SD content
Access to the folders with your Mac is easy. You simply have to choose the Finders "Connect to Server" option and tell the Meteobridge IP:
Then you can connect as guest (if you enabled guest access on "System - Administration" tab of your Meteobridge) or as user "meteobridge" and the given password.

Re: Mac access to SD content
Many thanks. Acess SD card succeed.
I'm still looking how to send mail, and then how I can send data export. If somebody knows the answer, it would be great. I didn't succeed to find the right parameters.
