Unable to access console data with weewx. **solved**

I would like to call up the weather data of my Vantage Vue using the weewx software via the ethernet option. According to weewx, this works with the IP of MB and via port 22222. However, Weewx issues the error message "Connection refused" after the start. I installed Meteobridge on a Raspberry with a 2GB SD-Card. Is it perhaps because of this constellation that the connection via port 22222 is not possible?

How can I check and rule out that Meteobridge or the Raspberry are not rejecting requests via port 22222?

Small update: Retrieving weather data via ethernet and port 22222 should only work if the Vantage weather station is connected to Meteobridge via USB data logger. My Vantage Vue is connected via Meteostick.

Sorry, then no luck. Reason is that Meteostick does not emulate the complicated and awkward vantage console protocol.
