where are the data stored and how to copy them to a new stic

Post by urosh »

Hello.

My meteohub nslu2 stick died three days ago. I installed a new on, but i could copy most of the files/folder from the old one. So now the wuestion - where are the setting stored and where is the data (for the last 2 years) stored? What do I have to copy to the new stick, that I can use the old data? (yes, from now on I will do a backup every week or so :)).

Cheers

The data is stored in the /weather/<yyyymm> folders, sorted by year/month (e.g. current month's data is in 200904.)

Depending how you salvaged the files off your stick, it could also be in /public/weather/ (the SMB path) or /data/weather/ (the path when you SSH into the Meteohub.)

All of the data is stored in files named 'raw', one in each of the month folders, so you'll know when you find it.
