remove data in template mb pro

Post by engelbert »

Hello,

How can I delete the data that is in the template of the meteobridge pro. This is data that is "stuck" in meteobridge. because I don't use it. keep getting a message that the memory is full. I have my own dashboard. can I also expand the memory of the pro with, for example, a USB stick???
thanks in advange

Not exactly sure I understand the comment re deleting data in the template or data that is "stuck" because you don't use it? Also assuming you are referring to Storage as opposed to RAM?

But yes you can certainly expand the storage memory, which is a USB stick with a bigger USB stick. Any USB storage medium should be SLC

please check with "http://ip-of-your-meteobridge/cgi-bin/download.cgi" if there are export files or graphs stored that you don't need any longer.
If so, you can access those folders as a pc network drive via SMB and delete files to your liking.
If the database on the USB stick is filled up, you can delete data you don't need on "edit data" tab. If you have "per minute data" enabled, you can have that automatically delete after 90 days or so. Please adjust settings on "system - administration" tab accordingly.

However, first step is to find out what fills your storage. Generated exports and charts? Database and if so is it the per-minute data?
