Unable to download firmware from website

I am trying to download an image from https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index. ... g_Hardware

The image I am trying to download is http://connect.meteobridge.com/files/me ... 3-v1.3.bin

However, none of the download links are working.

Why?

I have tried this on several computers and none of them seem to work

Try right clicking on the second link, then select [Copy link address], open a new browser window, paste link into browser and hit enter, see how you go with that?
