Nano Scheduled events not respecting timer

My nano is on the latest version. i have several scheduled events that seem to randomly not happen at scheduled times. seems to have started in last couple versions. anyone else seeing this? thx

Some events are only triggered when new data coming in. Do you see regular weather data updates on "Live Data - Raw Data" tab?
What is "Live Data - Upload Status" tab telling you?
