Meteobridge Pro Hardware Failure (possibly)

My Meteobridge Pro has been working flawlessly for over two years until I updated to the latest software Meteobridge 5.5 (Dec 9 2022, build 14869), FW 1.4. I then noticed that I was getting a disk full after the reboot. I naturally assumed that the USB memory has failed and ordered a new replacement with the same specification. I have now been getting format failure on the new USB stick and also on other USB sticks that I have tried. I tried a factory reset but that does not seem to make any difference. I am beginning to think that I have a hardware failure and the Meteobridge is doomed to the taken to the recycling centre. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Regards Neil.
