Meteoplug Currently Down - Cannot Connect To Database Error. **solved**
Looks like the backend MySQL database may be offline on the metoeplug servers. All my embedded meteoplug iframes on my website returns the same error:

Thanks for the heads-up, we are working on it.

Thank you, much appreciated!

Problem solved. Upgrade to Ubuntu PRO did block some cross partition links for security reasons. But here it blocked intended linking.

Does the data collection start automatically? My last data is from last night.

Hallo Boris,
Die Grafiken auf meiner Seite sind zwar da allerdings scheinen noch keine aktuellen Daten erfasst oder dargestellt zu werden.

I have the same issue. The DB error has gone but my live dashboard and graphs are not updating.
Weirdly, I can see my data is being pushed to meteoplug, but the 'inspect data' option shows nothing.

Geht es nun wieder?
Ich sehe immer noch nur die Daten bis gestern kurz vor Mitternacht.

Unfortunately always the same when problems arise. No information, no support.

Re: Meteoplug Currently Down - Cannot Connect To Database Error
we are still analyzing why new data is not reflected. Logging scripts tell it is, which is obviously wrong.
Sorry for the service interruption. We try our best.

Re: Meteoplug Currently Down - Cannot Connect To Database Error
The initial defect (caused by the apparmor security tool that was silently installed on a scheduled Ubuntu update) did result in a loss of 11 hours of data on Feb 15. The second defect (caused by another link the apparmor has blocked but was initially not identified by me) that we fixed shortly has just a temporary data loss. Feb 15 has mostly already been recoverd. We will also do that for Feb 16 tonight. Currently all recent data should be processed fine.
Again sorry for the hassle, but it is close to impossible to avoid negative surprises like that when trying to keep the system secure and up to date.

Reload of Feb 16 data has been completed.
