Will the Built in Nano Weather34 Dashboard Forecast API be Updated

Since the Dark Sky API used by the built in Nano Weather34 Dashboard for the weather forecast has been discontinued with the purchase of Dark Sky by Apple so that the weather forecast on the dashboard is no longer working, are there any plans to replace the Dark Sky API with another to get the forecast working on the Nano Dashboard again ?.
