Missing old Data in Meteoplug

Hi
I'm missing data from Meteoplug. I'm pretty sure that I had data from 2012 onwards. But the earliest data I can get from meteoplug are from the October 2017? I don't often visit meteoplug, most time for fixing Data on my meteobridge, via import. So i'm a bit surprised, or did I miss something?
