How to apply 0.5C correction ?

Hello all, I have to change the temp/hum sensor in my older Vantage VP2, because the sensor is much newer than the ISS in the VP2 a 0.5C correction needs to be applied to the data feed from the VP2. Can Meteohub do this ?

I've had a look around in Meteohub and it's not obvious.

Any pointers would be appreciated, must be other people who have had a sensor fail (the humidity part of the sensor has failed giving implausible readings) The station is about 12 years olf.
