MB Pro "The CGI process did not produce any response

Post by Mora »

Hello, I can log into the MB Pro red in Firefox and then this message comes up:
"The CGI process did not produce any response"
I then did a hard start, same error message. Also reboot with:
same error message.
The red light lights up on the display, the MB is connected to the network via WiFi, otherwise the restart is normal.
I had an internet failure shortly before the error occurred, but I'm not sure if that's the reason.
Thanks for any help

PS; The same with Chromium Browser

You can do a factory reset.
Hopefully you have a a backup of your configuration data (if not, you have learnt a lesson and will have to reconfigure your MB: networks, geographic position etc. - and save this configuration to your computer: System --> Admistration --> Maintenance --> Configuration data --> Backup; if yes, you can reload/restore it after the factory reset at the same place).
Your database data will not be touched.
