Maximum events? Can it be overruled?

I just replaced my MBPro Red with a new MBPro 2 black and I wanted to add a few extra events (to the ones I used in the past years), just to find out that there's a maximum of 20 events you can use!?
Is it possible to overrule that maximum?

No. This maximum I believe is also intended to maintain the device within reasonable performance parameters
