Rapid flashing red light on Raspberry PI4. **solved**

I had my new Raspberry pi4 up and running until we had a power failure today. After inserting the power cable the red light comes on, then flashes at kind of a medium speed and then flashing very rapidly and I cannot connect to the internet. I flashed the card and reinstalled v1.4 bin 4 but the same thing happened.
