RPI 4 Softeare

I had a spre Rasperry Pi 4 so I loaded up the software ands oted up
All I get is THIS BOARD NEEDS UPDATED SOTWARE.
The only full versiion I can ger is 5s
There are loads of updattes but I cant get to update the software Ive got
Can anyvody helpme before my RPI 4 learns to fly

This sounds like a RPi4 issue.
Maybe you
a) provide a picture of the message so we can see the context
b) have to upgrade the BIOS of your RPi4 --> Google
