Export & Import to fix data

Post by jasonmfarrow »

All, (and especially Boris),

I had my solar sensor go bad yesterday and I have many hours of data to correct in the database. Is there a format for export that can be subsequently used as valid for import to fix the data in the database?

The History page (https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index. ... RO_History), which in now on the Database tab (I'm on v5.8 NanoSD), indicates that I can do three things:
  1. Manually edit each of the three values (Min/Avg/Max) for each hour. This will be slow and cumbersome...
  2. Export the data. I have created a specific solar.exp template to do that -

    Code: Select all

    [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD],[hh]:[mm],[sol2!1rad-max.1:],[sol2!1rad-avg.1:],[sol2!1rad-min.1:]
  3. Import from selected sources
Is it possible to define my export template to correctly match one of the Import sources? And will the Import just overwrite only the specific solar data?

I have a feeling that I'm going to be stuck with option #1. Thanks in advance for any input to this dilemna.
Regards
Jason

Meteobridge import format is documented. So you could generate a file and import it.
Format is explained here: https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index. ... ata_Import

I think, "Direct" option is the way to go.
