Downgrade to 6.2

How can I downgrade from version 6.2(Jul 20 2025) to version
6.2(Jul 3 2025)?

It's my understanding one can only downgrade to completed "closed off" versions which at this point in time the last complete/d version/s would be 6.1 or lower? One can stick to an installed sub (date/build) version within the latest version but update from a date/build within the current working version then unable to go back to a specific build/date within the whole version
