Problem uploading to WU

I upgraded from v5.x to current, bought a new license. Now I can’t upload. In upload status I get wget: unable to resolve host address

If I run from my server:

Any ideas? Am I doing a distributed attack on WU? Backed off upload to every minute.

I input Google dns server for network configuration and that cleared up the problem.
