thb0seapress QNH or QFF

Post by FoxMike »

Hi.

I´m using Meteobridge software 5.6 and TL-MR3020 hardware. Weather station is a Ecowitt WS80 and GW3000 gateway. The GW3000 uploads absolute and relative pressure. My Meteobridge ignores the relative pressure at all and sends (as it semms: station at 469m, abs 967,7 hPa, 24 C 42% = 1023 hPa) QNH to my weather network AWEKAS.
Is this correct as it is? Is there no way to calculate and upload QFF from Meteobridge to AWEKAS? Is there a newer software version which allows switching between QFF and QNH?

Asking Google KI it is telling me Meteobridge should calculate QFF, which seems to be wrong.

Thanks for help

GW3000 driver reports absolute and relative pressure as it comes from the sensor. Would Meteobridge do differently, user will complain about data not being consistent to what their console reports.

When no relative pressure is provided by a station, Meteobridge calculates QFF-like, taking temperature into account.
