WMR100 Sensor

Post by evan.mac »

Hi,
Has anyone seen the outside temperature sensor of a WMR100 all of a sudden start reading very hi temperatures especially in the mornings. When the temp put side is in the 50s F it reads in the 100s F. It gets better as the day goes on but still reads hi. Right now it reads 77 F but it's actually 63 F
Thanks

No, but have you tried:
a) Sensor reset
b) Change batteries

The first sign of battery failure on my WMR928 indoor temp/hum/baro sensor was weird pressure readings. The sensor has a "low battery" indicator, but for some reason that didn't activate till I'd done a reset (before then changing the batteries)!

Could it be this problem/fix?

My WMR100 sensor does the same, so I bought a separate temp/hum sensor, but I might give this a try.
