Hi,
VP2 say sunrise is 07:06 & sunset is 18:58
Checked this with http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/a ... html?n=301
Meteohub says:
actual_sunrise_standard_utc 05:43
actual_sunset_standard_utc 17:35
actual_sunrise_standard_local 06:43
actual_sunset_standard_local 18:35
actual_sunrise_civiltwilight_utc 05:09
actual_sunset_civiltwilight_utc 18:10
actual_sunrise_civiltwilight_local 06:09
actual_sunset_civiltwilight_local 19:10
actual_sunrise_nauticaltwilight_utc 04:28
actual_sunset_nauticaltwilight_utc 18:51
actual_sunrise_nauticaltwilight_local 05:28
actual_sunset_nauticaltwilight_local 19:51
I use the two times in red for output to my website, but these times are out with the actual sunset & sunrise time for the area? :(
I assume MH calulates these times itself for stations that don't have this feature, but how can this be corrected to be the right times?
I checked all the usual things like MH has the right date and time, any idea!

At the risk of asking a daft question, have you double checked that Meteohub and the VP2 have the same settings for latitude and longitude?EmjayNet wrote:VP2 say sunrise is 07:06 & sunset is 18:58

Thanks David,
I must of accidently changed West to East, when I've been mucking about with the settings.
I did check that page but because it had the right figures I overlooked the direction.
Once again you have sorted another of my problems

Happy to help. :)EmjayNet wrote:Once again you have sorted another of my problems
It's very easy to miss a little thing like that. Human eyes and minds are very good at seeing what they expect to see, rather than what's really there. :(
I knew that Meteohub was giving good sunrise / sunset times here, so it seemed likely that the problem wasn't with the calculation.
