Update 4.5d

DEUTSCH:

Update V4.5c (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug) enthält die folgenden Änderungen:

* Beseitigt einen Fehler bei der Übertragung von maximalen Regenraten an WD-Live.
* Aktualisiert die Zeitzoneninformationen für Australien auf der NSLU2.
* Beseitigt einen Fehler, der bei den Mondauf- und -untergangszeiten mitunter Stundenangaben außerhalb des gültigen Wertebereichs ausgibt.
* Die Menuauswahl wurde optisch und technisch verändert.
* Unterstützt die Emergiemessgeräte Conrad Energy Control 3000 USB und ELV EM1010PC. Jeder Sensor wird durch drei numerische Werte abgebildet (Leistung [W], Leistung Max [W], Gesamtenergie [kWh]).
* Fügt ein paar Werte für die Anzeihge in WD-Live hinzu: Min/Max-Feuchte des Tages, Taupunktrekordwerte. Um diese Werte verfügbar zu machen, bitte "speichern" auf der WD-Live Meteohub-Seite drücken.

Update to Meteohub V4.5d (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug) brings these features:

* Fixes a bug which results in too high rain rate maximum values reported to WD-Live.
* Updates timezone information for Australia on NSLU2
* Fixes a bug that produces invalid values for moon rise/set time under certain circumstances.
* Optical and technical change of menu selection.
* Energy reporting units Conrad Energy Control 3000 USB and ELV EM1010PC are supported. Each sensor delivers three numerical data records (power [W], max power [W], total energy [kWh]).
* Adds a few values to be displayed by WD-Live: Humidity min/max values of the day, record values for dew. To make use of these new values, press "save" on Meteohub's WD-Live page.

there is a bug regarding the process that computes aggregated data from raw data.

I uploaded a new version 4.5d. If you have already updated to 4.5d, please update again to 4.5d (preferred via auto-update) to get the bug-fix.

you are right, I just edited my posting to reflect this.

with this update energy control units from conrad/ELV are supported. When selecting this as a station you get readings of all sensors connected to that in three dimensions. Average power consumption (power), maximum power consumption (max power) during last couple of minutes (both measured in Watts) and total consumed energy (in kWh).

Updating from 4.5c to 4.5d I just had something I've not seen before - though I suspect that it's a variation on the Firefox 'double submit' issue...

When I clicked on "Check for Update", there was apparent change in the buttons (i.e. so visual sign of an update being found), but looking at the lights on my router I could see a burst of activity between Meteohub and the Internet, so I guessed that a download was in progress. When the activity had finished I clicked the button (which still said "Check for Update" ) again. There was a long pause after which the green "Update installed" message appeared top left, and Meteohub rebooted and is now running 4.5d (Build 313).

Has anyone else seen this sort of thing with the Auto Update?

Dear Boris,

My 'all time record' rainfall rate contains a glitch, as reported by Weather Display Live on my website here:

It says I got 76.2mm/hr on 3 Apr 09, but no rain fell that day. This glitch appeared under 'records for this year' too with 4.5c but 4.5d cleared that. Note the inconsistency: 2009 record is correct, but the all time record glitch occurs in 2009.

I did install the updated 4.5d, and weather data recomputation is complete.

Any ideas?
