Update V4.5h (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug) enthält die folgenden Änderungen:

* Beseitigt einen Fehler bei der Erzeugung von Export-Dateien für WD.
* Beseitigt einen Fehler bei der Anzeige der gesetzten Option "lokale Kopie erzeugen" auf der Seite "Grafiken Hochladen".
* Erhöht die Genauigkeit ber der Umrechnung des Luftdrucks (relevant für Vantage).
* Beseitigt Spikes bei der Aufzeichnung der Sonnenscheindauer bei WS300/444/500/550/777/888.
* Fügt zur Seite "WD-Datenexport" die Option hinzu, Export-Daten im WD-Format für den aktuellen und vorangegangenen Monat jede Stunde neu zu erzeugen. Diese Option erlaubt eine Anbindung von Meteohub an WXSIM.
* Unterstützt beim Mail-Versenden die Option TLS, mit der Mails verschlüsselt zum SMTP Server übertragen werden können (wie z.B. bei googlemail erforderlich).

Update to Meteohub V4.5h (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug) brings these features:

* Fixes a bug when generating export files for WD.
* Fixes a bug that does not display a selected option "make local copy" on "graph uploads" page.
* Increases precision when converting pressures (relevant for Vantage).
* Ignores spikes when logging sun duration from WS300/444/500/550/777/888.
* Adds on page "WD Data Export" an option to generate data in WD format for actual and previous month every hour. This option allows to connect Meteohub with WXSIM.
* Adds support for secure mail delivery to SMTP server by TLS. TLS is an option required to use googlemail, for example.

TLS seems to have some problems. I am getting this status from smtp.gmail.com:587 :

Mail send failed: StartTLS extension not supported by MTA#0

...?

What platform do you use? ScheevaPlug?

When you login via ssh you can fix this by:
chmod 600 /root/.authenticate/ca.pem

This change will be part of the next update.

TLS works for mee too after chmodding AND adding CAcert Root Certificates. This seems not to be the original debian ca-bundle? I like every state of the art security enhancement ;-)

I get same errror on NSLU2. I can't send any Push mail without TLS too.

Apparently 4.5h (Build 41) fixed a spontaneous reboot problem I had with my NSLU2 and an SLC flash chip-containing thumb drive. For the last five or six months, my Meteohub would reboot after about the 20th of the month. It would reboot at least once or sometimes several times in the remaining days of the month. I thought the reboots had something to do with system load levels and seemed to occur after swap file usage changed from 0 to 2%.

As far as I could tell the data at the time of the reboot wasn't corrupted. The data logs would show a gap of about 10 minutes or so in the data.

I never could determine the exact cause, but this version passed that reboot window in Nov. without problems.
