Hi,
I have meteohub working on eBox 3300 which has 3 free usb ports. Does meteohub supports a 3G usb modem for data transfer to the internet?.
I think it is a great solution in remote places where DSL is not possible.
Thank you.

I think so, on the network page is a part for a Huawei USB modem.
I'm using a Huawei 3G modem as backup connection when the ADSL line is ofline but that's connectec to my router's second WAN port.

Checking the remote....

Ok, I haven't seen Network page close enough. It has support for Huawei GSM USB.HeinrichH wrote:I think so, on the network page is a part for a Huawei USB modem.

Meteohub manual says "Meteohub allows the use of Huawei USB modems with product ID 1003". What Huawei models have this ID?
If this connection method works fine, I would like to implement it on my eBox.
