I have used a WMR200 for few months and am disappointed that it doesn't synchronize to neither DFC77 nor MSF60 when connected to a computer (laptop or NSLU2). If the USB cable is connected to the WMR200 but not the computer it does synchronize.
I have a over 25 years old DCF77 kit clock that works well and also an OS bedside clock that works. Distances to DCF77 and MSF60 are about 900 km, so both should be within supported range. This wouldn't have been much of problem if the clock had an accuracy expected from any cheap clock. However, it advances by about 15 seconds per day which is not acceptable for a device of this cost.
I searched the forum but can't find any comment about this. Also Googled but nothing easily found.
Has anyone else this problem? Has someone had this problem and found a solution by, e.g. by a modified antenna?

Re:WMR200 fails to synchronize time with USB connected
I have exactly the same problem with the WMR200-console connected with the NSLU2 and synchronizing to DFC77 or MSF60. :S
I haven't solved this issue and now I just ignore it. The NSLU2 is synchronized with a timeserver by the internet connection.
It is absolutely a weakness of the WMR200-console and it should be nice if there is an easily solution for this problem. Let me know!
