Upgrade to 4.6j: "Weathernetworks" dead

Hi colleagues
I upgraded to version 4.6j. Since then the "Weathernetworks" do not send their regular data any more. Just Aweekas ist working. No data were sent for: Wetterpage24, Wetterpool, Regiowetter, CWOP, Wedaal, Regiowetter-bw, Wather Underground, Wetterarchiv. There is an active connectin to the internet.
You can see the stop in the data flow clearly: directly afer upgrading, the problems started.
First I restarted meteohub, nothing. Then I reinstalled the software, problems not solved.
Any guesses?

Just an addition. The file "wp_werte.txt" for Wetterpool is created every 10 minutes and sent by FTP to my server. But the file contains always the old data from yesterday, just before the upgrade to 4.6j started.

just update with newest 4.6j, problem should be solved by now.
