Setup meteohub-v4.6i on ebox

"Error: Target disk cannot be amount as /dev/hda or /dev/hdc".

Does anyone know about this message during the installation of v4.6i from USB-stick according "1.2 Installation on x86 Plattform"?
BIOS settings are as screen shots show.
CF-Card (2GB) is in the condition of delivering.

The installation stopped on this step.
