Re:Davis Pro 2 USB or Seriell
most people say \"go serial\". it is said to be more reliable.
The needed FTDI based converter to make it working with Meteohub shouldn't add too much costs to your total bill.

Yes,
I asked the same questions and found that people have had some issues with the Vantage Pro USB data logger so get the serial one if at all possible. The cost is the same, but you will need to get a serial to USB converter cable (one with a FTDI chipset in the cable).
My set up has worked properly from day one because I went this route.

That being said, are there any plans to develop MeteoHub for those of us who already bought the USB datalogger? I haven't had any issues with the USB datalogger myself, but I'm not anxious to pay for another datalogger again just to make this work.
Thanks,

Re:Davis Pro 2 USB or Seriell
USB support is allready implemented.
Meteohub works very well with the USB datalogger Interface. I havethe USB datalogger for the Vantage Pro2 and have not encountered any datatransfer related problems so far.
Cheers
