No Barometric Pressure Sensor

Post by NL3D »

Hello,

I am brand new to Meteohub. Last night I installed the demo version on a SheevaPlug, and added my Peet Brothers Ultimeter 2100. I have the Peet in Data Logger Mode at 2400 baud. The sensors that were automatically added are indoor/outdoor temp, rain, and wind. A pressure sensor did not get added. I know the software is reading pressure from the station, because pressure data appears on port 5558. Here's a small piece of that output:

actual_thb0_press_hpa 992.7
actual_thb0_press_psi 14.40
actual_thb0_press_mmhg 744.5
actual_thb0_press_inhg 29.31
actual_thb0_sealevel_hpa 1021.1
actual_thb0_sealevel_psi 14.81
actual_thb0_sealevel_mmhg 765.8
actual_thb0_sealevel_inhg 30.15

Any ideas as to why there is not a pressure sensor, and how I can fix it so there is?

Thanks!

"thb" is a combinded temp/hum/baro sensor. Usually weather stations have the baro sensor attached to the station's console where also indoor temp and humidity is measured. As a result "thb0" is normally the indoor sensor also providing pressure as an additional feature.

Ah-ha, That makes sense. I'll have a look at it when I get home this afternoon.

Thanks!
