I have sincerely apologise especially to those that modify the menu listings to there preferences . Yesterday Piet highlighted a small issue with the menu using Chrome browser , so I rewrote the css only to find it was having issues in opera browser so the days of browsers compatibility from one to another are resurrecting . Any way this morning sat down and wrote it crosschecking as many browsers I could and devices to hand thankfully I nailed it across the popular browsers and devices (I THINK) . so as above sincere apologies but its got be right no point in having something half working especially as focus on design useability as always be at the forefront and I really do appreciate the feedback where perhaps I overlook particular things like browsers I don't use personally .
Also I personally nor my wife don't have a windows machine and haven't one had for last 12 years maybe more , I use Mac OS which currently is Catalina 10.5.1 on all my computers so I may not see anything arise where windows is concerned .why the browsers do things different is not in my control best I can do is adapt or fathom out where possible . screenshot of menu below doesn't look much different than previous but the code is different for the reasons above..thank you Piet ...

Hi Brian,

My site is up to date for 1.06 as of 0700 today and all is looking good using Firefox on a W10 PC with Chrome the Web Cam still does not display. I have not been using Chrome so it has not been an issue for me but it may be for others. Chrome on IOS is displaying the Web Cam nicely.

Great work Brian all I show the console to are impressed.

hi it was fixed earlier this morning but its only via github https://github.com/weather34/Meteobridge-MB-SMART so if you look for three files menu.php and the two weather34 css files you will be upto date and see it has been removed . see http://singaporeweather.info/ unfortunately at the moment i can not update main download at the moment but i will sometime in the week when back at home on proper internet.

Thanks, i wait for the release version ;-)

I use the MBSmart Template for a while and here are my impressions. Many thanks for your great work!

I compare the Dashboard Interface from Nano SD with the MB-Smart template.

positive:

- new modern, fresh look
- very fast surface
- new graphics and charts
- no MySQL

negative (for _me_ subjective):

- the font from NanoSD Dashboard looks better, the MBSmart font is to fine and smaller
- the forecast has to many text, on NanoSD Dashbaord i see the 3-day forecast at a glance
- partially to many information, especially for small smartphone screens (iPhone8). see screenshots
- Theme Light not overall, for exemple graphs and forecast are black

hello reference font thats pretty much a compromise to cater for various word lengths across the languages unfortunately one of the headaches of supporting multiple languages and trying to keep design aligned and useable.

I use an iPhone 8 don't experience any issues with reading fonts and my wife recently upgraded to iPhone 11 and its even clearer on that but as always rapidly changing screens on devices its hard to keep up only last month I was being asked for iPhone 4 use unfortunately that model doesn't support css grid due to it uses an old safari webkit standard and being its an iPhone 4 its not eligible for continuous IOS updates .However I do see some areas contain rather small fonts but that is a compromise reference to languages and you can see from example below trying to align in a relative small area

example
en=wind speed (9 letters)
german=Windgeschwindigkeit (19 letters)
dutch=windsnelheid (11 letters)
spanish=velocidad del viento (18 letters)

Too much information majority would want more ! weather enthusiast like information if had my way it would be just station data and nothing else ,Ive done a design for new personal site for new location it doesn't have anything but weather station data generated realtime by the NANOSD no forecasts, current icons,moondata etc probably would not appeal to most enthusiasts .

LIGHT THEME graphs needs time to implement perhaps next year

updates complete off the grid in terms of updates now until January my main home desktop hard disk failed whilst I have a daily backup of everything but I need to order a replacement drive and fit it , I plan to fit a SSD drive but very expensive here in Turkey so my friend is bringing one back from UK after the Christmas holidays so nothing until January will be updated unfortunately I don't find developing on laptops very efficient as the workflow always feels different than using a large 32'' desktop screen and I often overlook and miss errors every time I use a laptop. I would suggest get the github desktop app and learn how that works once you do updates are easy and efficient as that where the last update was applied .

Thank you for coming to my points.

The font style is certainly also a subjective matter and depends on the preferences. I am a wearer of glasses and for me, somewhat thicker writing is more pleasant 8-)

Is there a chance for a option in settings that the 3-day forecast with symbols comes back?

Thank you for your time and support for this project!

toto goto http://singaporeweather.info and try that uses a slightly wider font if that works for you then I could send you the files this uses same as what I use on my site ps..I also have to wear glasses especially computer .

Simon yes I have an alpha version from August on my local server Mac mini latest I have frequently used is 7.3.11 but very preoccupied and hardly here in istanbul to concentrate on it as above nothing going to happen till January but following the release notes each month I don't anticipate any major issues as I have kept it inline over the last release of php 7.3 + ..
