Please help me troubleshoot no valid RF signal

Thx for the hint Boris, but the retransmitting is only possible for the ISS, not for Soil/Leaf Wetness or Anemometer Transmitter Box, right?
I have Problems with very low reception quality, my stations are around 100m away. readings are -100db or lower. But i have a repeater here, can Meteostick read the repeater?
Which settings should i set?

Meteostick and MB PRO can handle Davis repeater signals. Nothing special to be configured.

I'm having a similar problem, I've got the Vue console retransmitting and the sb-04 set for the same channel but not showing any data on the rf screen. Set to normal and tried various settings for the rf sens. The console for the Vue ne the sb-04 are about 10cm apart. The Vue console receives the signal from the iss with no problems at a distance of approximately 4 metres through a brick wall.
Any help greatly appreciated.
