I take it the actual sensor is showing fine (subzero) on the console and you dont have any temperature offset at all?

I don't have a console.

Since my last message, the temp has climbed above 0F and the Meteobridge Pro Red is reporting again.

Ag2000CO,
Don't worry I guess I did not see you thread. I too agree that the firmware needs more work to resolve the issue as I too have had below zero temperatures with the same results missing information. The console was able to display the temperature accurately and I do not have any offsets.

Thanks for digging into this. Seems like a nasty SW bug on my side.I will take care when being back from vacation end next week.

Update: As I am blocked by heavy Monsun rain to do something great at the beach I updated the software to print out the raw data stream that converts to the wrong temp data. Could you please reboot your Meteobridges to get this latest version and post the "suspicious data" messages from your log file into this forum. Having this a cure might be easy to find.

Sorry that you have poor weather when attempting a vacation that can really mess up your plans.
I have rebooted my MBPro with the new software Meteobridge 3.9 (Jan 25 2019, build 12697), FW 1.4 and only noted one item in the log but I am thinking that you need the information when the temperature is sub zero. The present forecast is predicting sub zero temperatures for mid next week so I will keep viewing the data in hopes of a returning with more information although others might have the conditions before me.
Thank you for your time looking into this it is appreciated.

Greetings, first time poster. I can also confirm that I am having problems when the temperature goes below 0F, as it currently is right now at my location. When it rose above 0F everything went back to normal and operated fine. Software version is 3.9 with a date of Jan 25, I have a VP2 that was purchased less than 2 years ago. Otherwise, everything has always worked great.

Here is what the message says:

logger (25.01.2019 19:44:31): suspicious (blocked) temp 205.7C, (81 01 c9 fb 6b 00 bf 71) -69db

I think that this was affecting my Pro RED as well. I have been trying new batteries in the ISS and T/H station, more gain on the RF side and it failed again this morning. I just updated to the 3.9 version and will check tomorrow morning as well as Monday morning since NWS is forecasting below 0°F again.

The latest fix did the trick for me, it was -17F at the time so I know it’s working. Thanks for working on this, it is much appreciated!

It got down to -9.9°F last night and the data was all there on meteobridge. It looks like the software fix took care of the problem.

Boris and Group,
I new I bought the right system ( Pro RED) to go with my Davis weather station as I also have seen the temperatures below zero and the software of Meteobridge 3.9 (Jan 26 2019, build 12701), FW 1.4 appears to have corrected the problem. Thank You for the great service I hope you salvaged some relaxing time on you vacation.
