In the mail you should enter the MAC-address. You will find that at the network tab, it look like
Network
MAC: DC:A6:32:7B:3C:95
Be aware of the time-zone difference between you and Germany.
It is a manual task. So all together, it will take a day at least a full day between sending the mail and the licence to be restored.
