I have installed on Weather Display the console WMR89
mentions it here as well "the OS WMR100,WMS200/300/WMR88/WMR180/WMR89 USB "

The console is fully functional in windows.
See that there is an entry for it in the device manager
The console has drivers for windows 7, 8 and 10

Ok convinced and confused

Can you please tell me USB vendor and product ID? It should be somewhere in the Windows settings.

I found a WMR89 in my shack of obsolete HW, connected it and I the same issue as zakos52. The station is not recognized on PRI but it is on the Meteobridge PRO and PRO2. I don't understand the logic behind this, but will try to dig deeper. Sorry to zakos52 that I was a non-believer.

that in Rpi 3 it works normally, while in Rpi 4 some changes must be made in some file.

Yes, but the station has been discontinued in 2018! May be time for a HW update?
WMR89a has been a problem child from the beginning as they use non-standard baud rates that the Linux drivers don't support unless doing some magic/patches around this.
