Situation is, that no data has been uploaded so far by your station. Looks like your MAC has been used before and there is some old computed data. This will disappear, when your stations starts uploading data.

with metehubs GUI >> weather networks >> (bottom) you see a list with sensors. Did you select the correct sensor for outside temp?

should work now... data upload has started, first values look fine.

@wfpost: Assignment of sensors is ok, but that was my first thought as well
