Does anyone have an explanation why the overlay window for the 5 day text forecast under ../forecastcharts/chartforecast.php is not displayed completely on top. There are some elements shining through, see screenshot.
Also, I can click the button several times and it opens a new window each time, normally the next click should close the window again.

Have you tried other sites?
I don't get that error..at least I don't believe so.

When 0°C is forecast, the message “N/A” appears.
It is not urgent, because the weather will soon be hotter and hotter

To fix the message “N/A” if 0 Grad, I changed the weather34-forecast-tablet.php file, works for me.
