unfortunately at the moment I can't access the download site its very slow has been like that for last few days . I will try this evening to upload to see if it uploads .alternatively files are auto updated to GITHUB
https://github.com/weather34/Weather34-MB-SMART-Console
don't ask for translations
Brian
Ok, can I download only the updated files (automatically or manually)? Or do I have to download the whole package?
Thanks

daniel ill upload tonight if download is accessible
question for all *** please ignore see post below...
i have just compiled an aerisweather forecast script as an alternative to weather underground.. however how many of you actually upload to pwsweather via meteobridge networks as that is a requirement to use the api.
if it is of use ill release it as it basically is same appearance as what is used now with some minor differences..

Hi Brian, I didn't even know pwsweather.
Is your script an alternative or a replacement for weather underground? Otherwise we could compare both, how the prediction accuracy is.

forget it aerisweather the API access is a bit hit and miss sometimes I get full forecast return then 30-60 minutes later I get "The client provided is not authorized to access the request." think ill put it to one side for now sorry for the inconvenience..

Hi Brian,
I like the new INFO addition. I noticed it on your site last week and I am pleased to see you added it.
I upload to PWS but I have found that the Aeris forecast, in my area, is generally not as accurate as WU. I believe the API only updates 1 time per hour.

ok chuck im not gonna throw time at it in reference aerisweather its not urgent and why fix something that isnt broken ..
as for info pop up unfortunately adding weather station hardware options would be an headache creating nice svg images as not everyone uses just Davis hardware if they did could easily replicate what is seen nanosd version ..
sadly the “stay at home” is having quite an impact on internet locally not just our household.. netflix, video conferencing,tv streaming in general must be in quite demand . my wifes spends now roughly 6 hours a day permanently connected to zoom conferencing .. anyway stay safe..

Yes, I understand about the hardware variations. Almost as bad as the languages! We have been lucky here, so far, the Internet Backbone is holding up, but that could change anytime. Because we are hurricane prone, I have an Attic Mounted OTA antenna array, connected via a network RF tuner to a custom DVR. So, that let's me receive and record OTA if we have depreciated Internet and streaming.
Best wishes and take care of yourself.

i did buy a 3g router hub which uses my cellphone account i used it reliably when the electric outages occurred district wide but unfortunately its 600km away in second home in a box ..
ps i saw your pm on lightning feature .. if you have a secondary tp link type hub sitting around then no problem as you can just send a separate request to a dedicated wf lightning file ..its quite easy and only contains a few strings . im not familiar with wf api anymore as i dont use anything apart from the lightning feature..which might amuse you as i only use if for lightning not temperature etc i buried it in the garden horizontally stuck it in a few ziplock food bags to prevent it getting damp or water getting in and now i dont get the seasonal combi gas boilers triggering false lightning and it works just as good as when i had it located near the house..

That is certainly a unique approach. I have not had too many issues with the false positives, except with my generator. I do have a extra TP link and may give that a whirl. On the whole, the Lightning feature has worked fairly well. I did have your old API module on the Smart Template and I updated the API key once. I suspect the WF api will undergo changes as their new model arrives.
I plan to take down the Sky unit shortly.

Hello @ed_heaton yes I have had many problems this week uploading to download site looks as if thats a corrupted file . I have just updated it with also the new options shown below. However im also having a teething issue creating the update file on my laptop so for now just unzip the file on your desktop and directly upload to you server until I can fathom out why it doesn't do same as my desktop..
Info popup screen has a few newer options similar to what was found in the nanosd version . primarily aimed at Davis users if no Davis option is no nothing is displayed in the last two bottom boxes only meteobridge interface will display.
another subject DarkSky and reference to built in template in the product NANOSD I'm not responsible for that or have the means to change/update it that is primarily something only Boris himself can do as it at firmware level . I have passed on the info to Boris reference to the Darksky option in the built in version that it will fail in the near or far distant future. Please don't email me anymore Dark Sky option I dropped it from the other templates many months ago .

Thank you for the prompt reply!!!! This is what I'm getting when I click far right weather 34 button - This is after I did your recommended update... I'm using a meteobridge... Plus I'm not seeing the screen you shared.

Hello Chuck
slowly adding missing parts just added the min max values to charts see screenshot. think Ive resolved the update file it is definitely my Macbook causing the issue so Im installing/upgrading it to Catalina as that what my desktop had been using .
screenshot of chart additions shows in today/month/year but not previous year
