current standalone update contains all the files required to update from earlier versions 6.34,7.34,8.34 of this particular template as I realized not everyone follows daily updates .
simply run the update from within the setup panel no need to do a fresh install each time and standalone updates do not contain settings so your current settings are preserved. you will notice the light theme got a substantial update in terms of layout and colors .I use the light personally due to our constant sunlight and I use a iPad Pro and iPhone 8 NEITHER handle the dark themes very well in bright sunlight.

Hello Brian, Hello Forum,
I saw this morning that the display of the maximum Beaufort is not quite conclusive, it should say Max BFT 2.

- Bildschirmfoto 2020-09-15 um 11.19.25.png (156.19 KiB) Viewed 4052 times
And then I have another question about the time interval of the trend display for Temperature, Pressure etc.: which time interval is used here, 1 minute, 10 minutes or another time interval?
Thanks and best regards
Michael

hello I have no idea but the BFT max and average are formulas derived from the particular wind setting i.e kmh, kts, mph,ms
the temperatures trends and alike are based on 15 minutes you can find a full listing of API values used at this page, note some of the values listed are not used in this version of template a lot of them were carried over from the older version of template but many users still use the older version alongside the slimmer newer version so there still present in the API.
https://weather34.com/homeweatherstatio ... 4-api.html
based on your observation ive asked Boris to add three new api values to basically display BFT d ay max and average as per metoeobrodge output strings
also finally added the daily average wind direction string .hopefully this will eradicated any momentarily calculations however I have noticed many times in the past where especially wind actual values hit a max for the day but take up to a minute to appear as a max daily value OUTPUT on the NANOSD .
sometimes a momentarily difference appears but its momentarily .
the 3 new strings so when Boris updates the API I will update the modules to use these
[wind0dir-davg:—] [wind0wind-dmax=bft.0:—] [wind0wind-davg=bft.0:—]

Hello, Brian,
That sounds very good with the 3 new variables for the API, then there are no more conversion or rounding problems, which could be the reason for sometimes too low BFT-Max values.
I have already used these variables on a separate dashboard page (german language page) and so far I haven't been able to find any errors.
https://www.buedelsdorfwetter.de/meteob ... board.html
Thanks for the hint to the API listing of the variables, very helpful to see which intervals are used.
Best Regards
Mike

The weather34 API was updated with 6 new values
Average Direction Current Day
Max Day BFT
Average Day BFT
Davis Air quality
Current PM1
Current PM 2.5
Current PM 10
future API will support
Davis Daily Air Quality High/Low
Davis Current Month Air Quality High/Low
Davis Current Year Air Quality High/Low
this will also be used for chart data .
will release updated and new modules sometime tomorrow

Caution TL MR3020 users the weather34 API caters for 196 simultaneously processed data values, today we(Boris) discovered this is pretty much the maximum limit that type of HUB can handle .having added only 3 additional values to the end of the API it was not able to process the new data strings so with Boris help I added all the new values in unused values from the original API structure no longer used. Now it functions fine but looking ahead this reiterates why I did not continue support for additional sensors like Ecowitt via GW1000 , in the back of mind I could foresee this issue and today it proved right.
So to the guys emailing me their disgust I ask you too see it from my side the template has simply reached its maximum capability in design and what it could handle. Please don't forget if your not aware this template was designed only for the NANOSD originally it wasn't until late last year I opened the capability to support TP Link types .
After adding the new API values in I have enough room to cater for Davis Air Quality and thats it anything more it will just not produce the expected data.
this is what happens note the end of the API output is chopped off due to its maximum capability on TPLINK .*note the last string is incomplete and anything after that does not appear.

Good morning the weather34 API was updated a reboot of meteobridge itself is required to pick up the new API values .
these include
3 new Davis Air Quality values and day wind direction average
template was also update to reflect new values and includes 2 new module options and updated wind direction module along with new module options in the setup screen.
* Adds 2 new optional modules for Davis Air Quality
* Adds current day wind direction average
many thanks to Boris for the quick response .

Hi Brian (& Boris)
This requires us to use Meteobridge 4.4 (September 13/14/15, 2020) before we update the template, yes?
Is this still compatible for those of us with a Davis Vue ISS and do not have Davis AirLink Air Quality Sensor? Is the Meteobridge going to report null values in the API in the absence of the AirLink?
I have a Vantage Vue and use a Meteobridge NanoSD. I do not know whether this setup will let me add 3rd party sensors and whether this is limited to the Meteobridge & Meteobridge Pro. If it's limited to those devices then it looks like I'm on the last supported update of the template (9.34, 15th September).
Can either of you confirm whether I can or should update or just stay with what I have?

hi jason
if you have no davis air quality the api will just return - - .in the template they are optional modules not fixed. totally end user configurable. the updated api also has newer bft and wind direction values so its not all about the new davis air quality .
yes all meteobridge hub, pro, nano can read the davis air quality device by updating to the latest meteobridge firmware and setup davis air quality as a second station. then simply make the air quality sensor values primary. its pretty neat to be honest and expands the meteobridge capability.
however its really important to understand the weather34 api has reached its max limit so it is not possible to use ecowitt types with this template as the api can not support all the additional sensors and requirement of data values .the api was primarily built around davis hardware. i hope others really understand that and look at other template offerings from other developers .

Ok, I've updated my NanoSD and it's ready for 3rd party tools. I'll update the template in a mo.
I already collect AQI data from my Nano SD using my Raspberry PI. The AirLink is a TCP/IP connected station. I'm just wondering what I'd have to do on the Raspberry Pi side to get it to look like an AirLink to the NanoSD?
@Boris, are you able to publish the TCP/IP request that comes from the Nano as it talks to the Airlink station? If so then I can try to get it to respond in the expected way and then I'll be able to use Brian's full AQI template modules rather than one's modified for my own data.
Regards to all.

Hello Brian and all,
it seem's to look fine now with the the MB- and the W34-last Update! Many thanks for the very fast fixing the BFT-Problem! Now I awaiting more windy days to confirm..

Also the daily average of wind-direction is very nice to see it now on display! Thank's very much to you and Boris,
best regards

Brian/Boris,
The new updates seem to be working fine.
Thanks for the fast work with the API. I am presently using the Purple Air unit but I have pre-ordered the Davis Airlink.
Best wishes,
Chuck
