Incorrect logging of humidity WS2300 through RFXtrx433

Post by heideschaap »

Hi,

I am using Meteohub 5.0c (build 61) on a Raspberry Pi with an RFXtrx433 transceiver (running the latest firmware, v 7.9) in combination with a La Crosse WS2300 temperature/humidity sensor. The temperature is registered fine, the humidity data however is corrupt. This is the output of the "Inspect Data" dialog.

20141130130057 th0 24 0 0024
20141130130058 th0 24 0 0024
20141130130305 th0 24 0 0024
20141130130306 th0 24 67 -031
20141130130931 th0 24 0 0024
20141130131139 th0 24 0 0024
20141130131556 th0 24 0 0024

Also when I perform a WD Data export or use the http data logger, the humidity data from the WS2300 is mostly 0.

If I temporarily connect the RFXtrx433 to a Windows PC and run the RFXmngr software, the data seems to come through fine:

A friend is using the same setup and has exactly the same problem.

Any ideas?

Wim.
