Davis Vantage Vue with DIR-505 and homebrew interface

Hi, I have just started up Meteohub (trial) on a D-link DIR-505, and a homebrew Davis Vantage Vue interface
made up of a TTL -> USB converter (Rapsberry type) and also an attached PIC from Torkel. My Davis have the dreaded FW 3.0....

Tx and Rx is of course attached to pin 5 & 6 of the Davis, I have even reversed them as I wasn't sure about which was Tx & Rx on the Rasperry converter...
Here's the log from Meteorhub, it seems to repeat itself, I have tried http://www.wunderground.com, but the data I sent seems to be very strange, and now wunderground says "This PWS is not reporting"....

When I use RealTerm @ 19200 8N1 COM5 all I get is OK when sending commands like TEST, VER etc....
I have also tried with a USB 2.0 hub between the USB converter and the DIR-505... , but no difference.
Anyone?
