Daylight Savings Time

Is there a way to turn off the automatic adjustment for Daylight Savings Time? We're nominally in the America/New York timezone, but rather than switching between UTC-4 and UTC-5, I want my MeteoBridge to forever live in UTC-5 and ignore daylight savings time. Is this possible?

Only, when you find a named timezone that behaves the way you like.
Beside the drop-down options you cannot specify this manually.
