When someone is looking for a turn-key ready Meteobridge in the US, ambientweather.com is the way to go. They sell Meteobridge SW combined with hardware as "weatherbridge".

For the ones not being afraid of buying a router platform and flashing Meteobridge software to it, all information you need is on "www.meteobridge.com" on the "Preparing Hardware" and "Getting Started" pages.
