SD-Card Meteohub partitions are gone (help)

Hi,

I accedentally removed the SD-Card when meteohub was powered on, I directly put it back mabe two seconds in between and now meteohub is not booting anymore!

So I quickly discovered that the sd-card partitions where damaged and none where there anymore.
I use R-Linux to recover most of the sd-card and I have quite much recovered.

Then I created a new sd-card and install a fresh meteohub image and let it update online to the the latest available v5.0j as this was that previous was installed too.

I regulary make backups of my weather data but not my settings, is there a way to set these settings back from my recovered data?

WinSCP could not write in folder HOME as there are some meteohub info stored, although I have logged as root and no read-only settings are used.

Any help on this is most appriciated.

Core files to transfer are:
/data/weather/YYYYMM/* for raw weather data
/data/graphs/* for graph definition
/home/meteohub/meteohub.conf for most of config data
/var/cron/tabs/root for the upload/send schedules
