Hi,

Does someone know how to retrieve an old System-ID?

I have my sheevaplug SD-Card replaced and now Meteohub needs to be activated again.

As I try to activate http://wiki.meteohub.de/Activation the system tells me:

Error: License key has already been used to generate an activation code: #########code##########

So I figured out that I have to transfer the old system ID tot the new system ID here: http://wiki.meteohub.de/Transfer

You wil be asked to enter:

old System ID
old Activation Code
new System-ID

But my problem is:
old System ID <- I do not have !!!!
old Activation Code <- I also do not have !!!!
new System-ID <- This I do have

So how can I retrieve these old data from the SD-Card, if possible!?

If retrieving is not possible how can I get activated again as I only have the Lincense key available?

We do keep track on activation code migrations and initial activation code generation. Therefore, we can help out in many situations, just contact "info(at)meteohub.de". Nevertheless, please also keep a copy of your credentials to keep our support efforts at a managable level.
