Two minor web interface issues

I just upgraded my MB from 2.5 to 2.6, and encountered the following two web interface issues:

1) On the System tab on the Version Control pull-down, there is no option to stick to version 2.6.

2) When adding a new APRS weather network, every option field except upload interval is grayed out. When you select an upload interval, the other fields remain grayed out. The only way to edit them is to save the blank configuration, which then allows the fields to be edited.

ad 1) There is no final 2.6 version. Once we go to 2.7, a final 2.6 will be selectable.
So for the moment you can use "2.5" or "newest"
