Vantage Vue data logger not working with v2.6

For the last months since the update from 2.5 to 2.6, I am trying to make my meteobridge work, but everytime I try to reboot with the latest firmware, I am getting the "Data logger Failure" message at the Meteobridge's Live Data Tab.
When I select the "stick to the v2.5 version" option, everything works fine, as it has for the last 2 years 24/7.

Anyone else has the same problem?

The station is the Davis vantage vue with a USB data logger.

Waiting forward to solve the problem and try the new features of v2.6
